The Founding Five
Identified from credits on Katakis (1987) and Denaris (1989) - cross-referenced with MobyGames and Wikipedia.
Julian Eggebrecht
Julian Eggebrecht co-founded Factor 5 in 1987 and served as the studio's president and creative director throughout its existence. He directed all three Rogue Squadron titles and was the driving creative voice in the LucasArts partnership era.

He has discussed Factor 5's history extensively in interviews for The Retro Hour (EP261), Time Extension, and Kotaku (2009 studio closure retrospective).
After Factor 5 closed, Eggebrecht re-acquired the Turrican intellectual property in 2017 and was involved in producing the Turrican Flashback and Turrican Anthology revival compilations (2021–2022).
